Rise and Align was born from a deeply personal connection to Pilates and the way intentional movement can support both mind and body.

Where it all Began
Pilates came into my life during a period of recovery following spinal surgery. What began as a way to rehabilitate my body quickly became something much deeper — a way to rebuild strength, create calm and reconnect with myself both physically and mentally.
As a mum, with a busy life and all the demands that come with it, Pilates became time that was completely my own. I wasn’t the stereotypical “Pilates girl”, and I didn’t want movement to feel exclusive, intimidating or reserved for a certain type of person. I wanted it to feel accessible, supportive and something that could fit into real life.
That journey eventually led me to become a qualified Pilates instructor, and with it came the idea for Rise and Align — a brand created for the everyday woman, combining thoughtful function with timeless design and a little luxury. Because the time we take to move, reconnect and care for ourselves deserves to feel special too.
